Yes. The website is built for your business and connected to your domain. There’s no ongoing contract with We Make Modern. You’ll pay Framer directly for the hosting needed to keep the site online.

Most websites are ready in around two weeks from the point we start, assuming we receive the photographs, business details and other information we need without major delays.

It’s £600 in total. You pay £300 to get started and the remaining £300 once you’ve approved the finished website and it’s ready to go live.

Are there monthly fees?

There’s no monthly fee to We Make Modern and no ongoing contract. The website does need hosting, which is paid directly to Framer and is typically around £10 per month depending on the plan.

Just get in touch. Small updates are straightforward, and if you need larger changes or ongoing help we’ll let you know the cost before doing anything.

Basic search setup is included, such as page titles, search descriptions and making sure the website is structured properly for Google. Ongoing SEO work is separate.
